Is the Spa included in my stay?
The Woodland Spa isn’t included in overnight stays; however, the leisure facilities located in our Health Club are available for your use. Should you wish to visit The Woodland Spa, it can be booked directly with our Spa Reservations Team at an additional cost. Please call them on 01282 471913 to add this to your stay.
Is car parking available? Is it free? Are there electric car chargers on site?
Yes, there is parking available across the resort, and it is free to use. We also have electric car chargers located on the far side of the hotel car park. These come at a charge and must be turned on/ started by one of our Hotel Receptionists.
Is breakfast included in my stay, and what time is breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is included with all overnight stays. You can choose from a luxury hot buffet-style breakfast or a delectable selection of pastries.
On weekdays, breakfast is available 6:30am – 10:30am. On weekends, breakfast is 8am-10:30am.
What do the leisure facilities include?
The leisure facilities located in our Health Club include a fabulous indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
Are robes provided in my room?
Robes are only included in our luxury suites. To enquire about these suites, please call the Hotel on 01282 227722.
Are towels provided in the leisure?
Yes, towels are provided at the leisure facilities for overnight hotel guests. Upon arrival, let the Health Club Reception Team know that you require a towel, and they will provide one. Please note that £1 coin is needed to use the lockers.
What is pre-authorisation, and why do you require it and photo ID on check-in?
Both the Photo ID and the pre-authorisation are for hotel security. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold and not an actual charge. Instead, it is a way for the hotel to verify that the card is valid and that sufficient funds are available. The amount of the pre-authorisation hold can vary depending on the number of guests and the length of their stay.
What size are the beds in the rooms?
Twin room = 2x Single beds (120cm x200cm)
Double rooms = Double beds (180cm x 200cm)
Suites = Large double beds (200cm x 200cm)
What are the Farmhouse Bedrooms, and where are they located?
The Farmhouse Bedrooms are situated in the original farmhouse, just a 4-minute walk from our hotel. These rooms have a slightly different layout from the hotel bedrooms; however, they are modern, bright, and beautifully decorated to the same high standard.
What is included in your stay?
Except for specific seasonal packages, your overnight stay includes a hotel room, breakfast, and access to our leisure facilities. Please note that our leisure facilities are separate from The Woodland Spa, which must be booked at an additional cost.

The Lounge Restaurant
The Lounge is set within Crow Wood Health & Leisure Club and perfectly balances stylish and laidback dining. Our Executive Chef expertly crafts the menu to provide dishes that suit every taste, from a splendid hearty lamb shank to a delicate superfood salad. It’s the ideal venue for those who fancy an altogether more casual experience.
Bertram’s Restaurant
Bertram’s is our adults-only, two-AA Rosette Restaurant, which provides a mix of modern and retro dishes crafted from locally sourced produce. It is located within The Woodland Spa but is open to all guests. It affords fabulous views across the Spa Terrace and beyond.
Wilfred’s Restaurant
Set within Crow Wood Hotel, and featuring a sophisticated wine bar, the menu – with a nod to Italian influences – includes everything from incredible steaks, exceptional fish dishes to pizza & pasta dishes.

What time is check-in/ check-out?
The check-in time is 3pm, and the check-out time is 11am. A pre-check-in can be completed before the check-in time of 3pm, and luggage can be stored in the hotel for those with day plans or those who plan to access our Spa.
Is it a dog-friendly hotel/ are assistance dogs allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we are a dog-free hotel. The only exception to this is for assistance dogs who are allowed in the hotel.
Do we have wheelchair-accessible rooms?
Yes, we do have wheelchair-accessible rooms. These rooms have more space and accessible support handles in the bathrooms.
Is it a child-friendly hotel? Do we have family rooms?
Yes, we are a child-friendly hotel and welcome children of all ages. Our rooms have a maximum occupancy of two people. So, whilst we don’t have family rooms, we have interconnecting rooms. These interconnecting rooms comprise two separate hotel rooms (a double room and a twin room) with a door connecting both rooms from the inside.
How much is a spa add-on?
The add-on prices for overnight guests wishing to access the Spa are as follows:
Mon – Thurs £75.00
Fri & Sun £100.00
Sat £110.00

How can I check availability?
For overnight stay availability, you can check on our website, or you can call the hotel on 01282 227722, and one of our receptionists will check this availability for you.

Are there fridges in the rooms?
Only our luxury suites feature mini-fridges for your use. If a fridge is required for medical reasons, you can let our reception staff know on check-in, and they will be able to assist in storing the medication in a fridge.
Can I request late check-out/ early check-in?
Please feel free to request early/ priority check-in; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Our cleaners need time to clean and re-prepare the rooms after checking out at 11am. The time for check-out is 11am, however, subject to availability, we may be able to offer complimentary late check-out at 12pm. Anything after this time, will be at a cost of £25 per hour after 12pm. Should any guest not have checked out by 3pm, we will then apply charges equivalent to a whole night’s stay.
If I have food allergies, are these catered for?
Yes, allergens and dietary requirements are catered for in each restaurant. Please make these dietary requirements/ allergens known upon booking your stay and any restaurant reservations so this can be catered for.
Do you have links to taxi services/ airport transfers?
Whilst we do not have our own taxi and transfer company, we do have companies we can book for you to help with your travel needs.
Do you price match to 3rd party websites (e.g., booking.com/ Expedia)?
